We begin with a conversation. Tell us about the product you want to create — its purpose, functions, budget, and schedule. Drawings aren’t required; we’ll start from your ideas.

Material Selection
Together we choose the right material based on use, precision, color, and budget. We also handle recycled and bio-based resins for sustainable products.

3D Modeling & Rough Estimate
We create a simple 3D model and provide an initial estimate covering design, prototyping, mold production, and manufacturing. The model helps refine ideas and costs.

Drawings & Final Estimate
Based on the 3D model, we develop detailed drawings for accurate quotes on prototypes and molds. 3D models and drawings can be shared as PDF files for easy viewing and review.

Prototyping
Using machining, casting, or 3D printing, we build test samples to verify shape and function before mass production. Prototype-only orders are welcome.

Mold Production
Once the prototype is finalized, we create durable molds for mass production, optimizing cost efficiency for larger quantities.

Mass Production
With advanced injection molding equipment, we produce parts efficiently and with consistent quality — from small-lot to large-scale runs.
